Fletcher No. 22 vintage circular glass cutter in gently used condition with pack of refills in original box. The refills are unused and unopened. Designed to cut precise circles in glass, in clock repair, or other crafts. Rotates 360 degrees. Features a suction cup to secure it to the glass and an adjustable arm and blade.
